• Orders;
• Deliveries;
• Invoices;
• Accounting, particularly customer account management;
• A loyalty program within one or several legal entities;

• Selecting clients to conduct studies, surveys, and product tests (unless consent from the individuals concerned is obtained as per the conditions provided in Article 6, these operations should not lead to the establishment of profiles likely to reveal sensitive data—racial or ethnic origins, philosophical, political, union, or religious opinions, sexual life, or health of individuals).

• Managing technical prospecting operations (including technical operations such as normalization, enrichment, and deduplication).
• Selecting individuals for customer retention, prospecting, surveys, product testing, and promotion actions. Unless consent from the individuals concerned is obtained as per the conditions provided in Article 6, these operations should not lead to the establishment of profiles likely to reveal sensitive data (racial or ethnic origins, philosophical, political, union, or religious opinions, sexual life, or health of individuals).
• Carrying out solicitation operations.
• Developing commercial statistics.
• Organizing contests, lotteries, or any promotional operation excluding online gambling and games of chance subject to the approval of the Online Games Regulatory Authority.
• Managing requests for access rights, rectification, and opposition.
• Managing individuals' feedback on products, services, or content.

Aggregation with Non-Personal Data
We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information concerning all our users or specific groups or categories of Users that we combine so that an individual User can no longer be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other commercial purposes.

Aggregation with Personal Data Available on Users’ Social Accounts
If you connect your account to another service account for cross-posting, that service may provide us with your profile, login information, and any other information you have authorized to be disclosed. We may aggregate information concerning all our other users, groups, accounts, and personal data available on the User.

Free Consultation
Consulting the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without providing any personal data (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any personal data for simple consultation of the Site.

Collection of Identification Data
Using User Identifiers for Relationship Proposals and Commercial Offers.

Deletion of Data After Account Deletion
Data purging measures are in place to ensure effective deletion as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for fulfilling the determined or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computing, files, and freedoms, you also have a right to deletion of your data that you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Deletion of Data After 3 Years of Inactivity
For security reasons, if you do not authenticate on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise your data will be deleted from our databases.
