Our deliveries are carried out by various carriers such as Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop, or Colissimo. We always carefully pack our orders to ensure you receive them intact. However, if the packaging appears damaged upon receipt, we advise you to refuse the delivery. Delivery options are available at the time of order completion. While the choice of carrier may not be explicitly specified, you can select an option based on your desired delivery timeframe. However, delivery times remain the responsibility of the carrier.
Returns:
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. If you wish to return products, please contact us exclusively through the contact form by selecting the subject "Return." You must include your contact information, order number, and the reason for the return in your request. Orders for personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal; however, if you notice defects or items that do not meet your satisfaction, please contact us through the contact form by selecting the subject "Customer Service" (SAV), and we will do our best to provide an explanation, offer replacement products, or possibly process a return. Once we have registered your request, we will send you a return number and the address to which to return the products. You will need to print the return slip and include it in the packaging with the intact products. You can then send us the items, and the refund will be processed according to the payment method chosen. Any return must have been reported via the form with the subject mentioned above within 14 days. Returns of items that have not been reported according to this procedure will not be accepted.
